Outpatient Rehabilitation Locations/Hours Updates

We are happy to announce that all outpatient rehabilitation clinics are now open and accepting patients. Please be aware of the change in hours of operations below as we anticipate ongoing updates.
 
Locations:

  • Nashua Rehab Clinic, 460 Amherst St, Nashua – Open Monday – Thursday, 7:00am – 7:00pm and Friday: 7:00am – 4:30pm
  • Nashua Rehab Clinic, 17 Prospect St, Nashua – Open Monday – Thursday, 7:00am – 7:00pm and Friday: 7:00am – 4:30pm
  • Pediatric Rehab Clinic, 5 George St, Hudson – Open Monday thru Thursday 7:30AM-6:30PM and Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM
  • Hudson Rehab Clinic, 300 Derry Rd, Hudson – Open Monday – Thursday, 7:30am – 7:00pm and Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • Milford Rehab Clinic: 10 Jones Rd, Milford – Open Monday and Tuesday 8:00AM-7:00PM, Wednesday and Thursday 7:30AM-7:00PM and Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM
  • Merrimack Rehab Clinic: 696 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack – Open Monday - Thursday: 7:00am-7:00pm, Friday: 7:00am-5:00pm
