Recently Magnesium Citrate has been recalled due to contamination concerns. Magnesium Citrate is frequently used for prep prior to colonoscopies.

If you are a patient scheduled for a colonoscopy with Foundation Medical Partners, the Ambulatory Surgery Center or Southern NH Medical Center, we want to inform you that we are changing to Miralax powder.

If you have Magnesium Citrate at home, we recommend you dispose of it immediately.

If you have any additional questions, please reach out to the office you schedule through.

After-Hours Care

When our office is closed, you can reach an on-call provider by calling our office. If your problem is not life threatening, always call our office at (603) 577-5355 before seeking care elsewhere.

For life-threatening emergencies, like chest pain or shortness of breath, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Department. We also offer walk-in care 7-days a week at Immediate Care.

Prescription Refills

You can usually refill your prescription at your visit. Or you can use the patient portal or call our office at (603) 577-5355.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your refill. Some medicines may take longer because we need to get a prior authorization from your insurance company.

Referrals

Many require you to obtain a referral from your primary care provider before seeing a specialist. Please contact your provider’s office to request a referral prior to your visit with us.
