Monthly Diabetes Classes

First Steps to Prevent Diabetes: 90 minute class introducing recommended lifestyle modifications, including meal planning and exercise to reduce your risk for developing Type 2 diabetes.

Diabetes Cooking School: Offered in the spring and fall. Topics include basic cooking techniques, organizing and stocking a healthy pantry, recipe modification, and practical application. Classes consist of lecture, cooking demonstration, and hands-on learning.
