Kayleigh Sullivan, PA
Board-certified Kayleigh Sullivan, PA joins Foundation Orthopedics with three years of experience working as a physician assistant. Kayleigh earned her Master of Science in Medicine Science, Physician Assistant Program in 2021 from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA.

Shara LaPointe, PA rejoins the Southern NH Medical Center Adult Hospitalist program with 20 years of experience. Shara earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2004 from the University of New England in Portland, ME.
