Staff at Southern New Hampshire Health are the essence of the organization. They are an expert team that cares for our community’s health—in many cases, they have done so for generations. To deliver on its commitment to honoring and supporting staff, on October 17, 2024, Southern New Hampshire Health gathered at the Sheraton Nashua for a special evening to recognize employees who reached significant employment milestones. Hosted by Human Resources, the vibrant event featured a cocktail hour, followed by a dinner and recognition ceremony, bringing together staff to celebrate loyalty, dedication, and a collective 3,640 years of service for 276 staff members.
This celebration served as a heartfelt thank you to those who committed their careers to making Southern New Hampshire Health the best place to give and receive high-quality care for our community. Employees were honored in 5-year increments, with milestones ranging from 5 to an impressive 45 years of service.
Some highlights of the evening included recognizing the outstanding contributions of Esther Dussault, who had been with the organization for 40 years, and Ralph Kelloway, who marked 45 years of dedicated service. From his experience, Ralph says he appreciates that there are always exciting changes and new faces.
