As a fully accredited Breast Center of Excellence by the American College of Radiology, we provide the highest standard of care in breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and mammography. We care about you and strive to provide patient-centered care.
What to expect
A certified mammogram technologist will take you to a private room containing a mammography machine. This is a specialized X-ray device specifically designed for breast imaging. It limits X-ray exposure to only the breast and uses a device to hold and compress it, allowing us to capture images from various angles. The compression might feel uncomfortable, but it only lasts a few seconds for each image. The entire procedure typically takes about 20 minutes.
