Southern New Hampshire Health is pleased to welcome Courtney Bearse, PA, to our hospitalist program, Jon Duhaime, APRN, to Foundation Foot and Ankle, and Taylor Mosher, APRN, to Southern New Hampshire Weight Management. Each of these skilled providers brings years of experience and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care to our community.

Courtney Bearse, PA

Courtney Bearse, PA, is joining the adult hospitalist program at Southern NH Health. Courtney earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2013 from MCPHS University in Boston, MA. Courtney brings more than 10 years of experience in hospital medicine to SNHH.

Jon Duhaime, APRN

Certified Nurse Practitioner Jon Duhaime is joining Foundation Foot and Ankle. Jon earned his Master of Science in Nursing-FNP in 2016 from Regis College in Weston, MA. Jon has over 10 years of nursing experience ranging from pediatrics and family medicine to orthopedics.

Taylor Mosher, APRN

Board-certified Taylor Mosher, APRN is joining Southern New Hampshire Weight Management. Taylor earned her Master of Science in Nursing in 2017 from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH. In 2023 and 2024, Taylor attended The Blackburn Program in Obesity Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
