Our dedicated team evaluates and treats a range of digestive conditions of the stomach, esophagus, intestines, liver, gallbladder, and pancreas.

We’re passionate about preventative care, halting conditions before they develop or progress. And we’re experts in managing chronic conditions, helping you return to wellness.

The world-class resources of Southern New Hampshire Health and our affiliate Massachusetts General Hospital are partners in supporting Foundation Gastroenterology. You’ll receive the nation’s best in digestive care, right here at home.

Preparing for my Surgery/Procedure

A member of the Foundation Gastroenterology team will help you to schedule your Colonoscopy or Upper Endoscopy. Written instructions will be mailed to your home, but you may also download them below. If you have any questions about these instructions, we encourage you to contact our office as soon as possible so that we can help you better understand your procedure. We want to be sure you are comfortable with the instructions prior to your scheduled appointment as it is important that these instructions are followed exactly. Not following these instructions could result in the cancellation of your scheduled procedure.

If you are allergic to Miralax or Dulcolax, please contact our office so that we may provide you with different instructions to follow.     Before starting prep, it is important to understand what to expect during this time. Please view/download the document below for more information on what to expect during colonoscopy prep.

Artificial Intelligence-Powered Colonoscopies for Enhanced Cancer Detection

We are proud to be the first in the southern New Hampshire region to offer enhanced colonoscopies with the GI Genius™ intelligent endoscopy module. This technology helps our physicians detect potentially precancerous polyps using advanced visualization and AI software. Early detection is essential to preventing colorectal cancer, but small polyps can be difficult to detect with the naked eye. GI Genius™ enables our physicians to identify potential cancer as early as possible for the best outcome for our patients. Some of our team is pictured below with the new technology.
