Walk right into any of our four Immediate Care locations, no appointment necessary, and pay only $20*.
We provide sports physicals to children ages 12 and up, and for undergraduate college athletes.**
During the sports physical, we’ll measure your child’s height, weight, blood pressure and pulse, and evaluate their vision, heart, lungs, abdomen, ears, nose and throat. We also check joints, strength, and flexibility to make sure it's safe for your child to play sports.
In addition, we’ll ask about:
- Current medications
- Past illnesses, injuries, hospitalizations and surgeries
- Serious illnesses among family members
- History of dizziness, chest pain, strained breathing or passing out during exercise
Sports physicals are not the same as an annual visit with your primary care provider. Your child should see a primary care provider every year.
* $20 fee does not include any additional services your child may need, such as labs or tests.
** Collegiate athletes are encouraged to make an appointment to ensure your visit is with the appropriate clinicians to complete your sports' physical requirements.
