Call (603) 577-3070 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm).

If you are a new patient, plan to arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment. Please bring:
  • insurance cards
  • photo ID
  • list of any medicines you’re taking and any allergies you have
  • results from any previous testing
  • referral (if your health plan requires one)

After-Hours Care

When our office is closed, one of our vascular surgeons is always on call at (603) 577-3070 to answer questions that can’t wait until regular business hours. 

If there is a life-threatening emergency, like a chest pain or shortness of breath, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Department.
 

Prescription Refills

Most of the time, we can give prescription refills when you visit the office. If you need to refill a prescription between office visits, call our office at (603) 577-3070.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to send the refill to your pharmacy. For some medicines, you may need to come to our office to pick them up.
 

Referrals

Many health plans require a referral from your doctor for other services like specialty care. Please contact your primary care doctor to request a referral prior to your visit with us.
