Southern New Hampshire Health, a member of SolutionHealth, is committed to providing the safest possible environment for our patients, visitors and staff.
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, our priority has been to care for patients in the hospital and at our ambulatory practices and services with close attention to preventing further spread of the virus in our community. That is why we implemented – and continue to follow – enhanced cleaning and safety protocols. These include:
- Masking: Masks are required for everyone at our facilities regardless of vaccination status.
- Screening: We are screening all patients and visitors for symptoms upon arrival. Please notify your provider’s office if you have any upper respiratory symptoms before coming to one of our facilities, including new or worsening fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose/nasal congestion, shortness of breath, muscle aches, or inability to smell or taste.
- Hand Hygiene: Everyone entering our buildings must sanitize their hands. Hand sanitizer stations are readily available throughout our facilities.
- Telehealth & Virtual Care: Many providers are offering virtual visits. Visit our Provider Access page for the most up to date details.
- Cleaning: We continue to enhance our cleaning and disinfecting protocols, with additional safeguards to protect against the virus.
- Waiting rooms and high-touch surfaces are sanitized throughout the day. Disinfecting wipes are also available for your use in may waiting areas should you choose to use them.
- Inpatient rooms, emergency rooms, exam rooms, and ORs are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between patients, using CDC-approved methods.
