About Kim A. Eldredge, APRN-NP
Kim Eldredge, a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner in adult-gerontology, earned a Master of Science in nursing with an adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner specialization from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Rivier University.
A passionate and dedicated nurse, Ms. Eldredge has experience on the medical surgical floor, neurology, pre- and postoperative care, step-down units, as a school nurse, in hospice and palliative care, and in the intensive care unit.
Naturally empathetic, she recognizes the importance of providing care and compassion for her patients. Ms. Eldredge believes in good communication and developing close relationships with each of her patients. As a nurse practitioner, she loves that she can “grow old with her patients.” She says that she appreciates, “being the trusted provider from early on until the end of life.”
Ms. Eldredge values giving back to her community. She has volunteered with the Parent Teacher Association, as a substitute nurse for her children’s school system, as a children’s CCD teacher at her church, and at New Horizons food pantry.
When not working, Ms. Eldredge enjoys nothing more than relaxing, boating, and sitting on a beach with her family.
