About Sharon A. Hart Silveira, MD

Dr. Sharon Hart Silveira is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist who works for Dartmouth Hitchcock in Nashua and loves the collaboration they have with Southern New Hampshire Medical Center where she provides obstetric, surgical, and emergency care for women in the community.  She is a graduate of Dartmouth Medical School (now Geisel School of Medicine) and completed her residency at the Integrated Residency Program in Obstetrics and Gynecology which is a combined program between Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.  She also has a Master of Science in Health Care Leadership from the Center for Evaluative and Clinical Sciences at Dartmouth (now The Dartmouth Institute).

She is a thorough and compassionate provider.  She is an advocate of patient centered decision making.  She spends time listening to your concerns, educating you about what is going on, and ensuring you understand the different treatment options available.  When seeing you for a gynecologic concern, she will come up with a plan that you are comfortable with and is routed in sound medical decision making to ensure continued lifelong gynecologic health.  When seeing you on Labor and Delivery, she will help you through the process of childbirth while ensuring a safe delivery.

In her free time she loves spending time with her family, especially going on outdoor excursions to hike, bike, or ski up and down mountains.
