Dr. Anand Padmanabha is a Harvard fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement surgery. Anand graduated summa cum laude from the Pennsylvania State University with a major in Biological Sciences. During his time there, he was awarded the President’s Freshman Award for his academic achievements and was ultimately elected to the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa honor society during his senior year. He subsequently matriculated into medical school at the University of Texas, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society for his dedication to research, education, and academic excellence. He was also inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society for his altruistic and compassionate demeanor during his time there.
Anand subsequently completed his orthopaedic training at the Boston University Medical Center and completed a fellowship in joint replacement surgery at the Harvard Adult Reconstruction program at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA.
Anand has authored numerous peer reviewed publications and has trained with numerous renowned orthopaedic surgeons in his field. Most recently, Dr. Padmanabha is responsible for starting the outpatient joint replacement program at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center.
