Two New Providers Join Southern NH Health in Neurology and Cardiology

Southern New Hampshire Health is pleased to welcome two new providers to the health system, Dr. Saeedeh Azary and Erin Cacciola, PA-C. These providers join our dedicated, skilled team that is committed to serving our community with excellence. 

Saeedeh Azary, MD  

Dr. Saeedeh Azary is a neurologist with more than 10 years of experience. Dr. Azary received her Doctor of Medicine in 2011 from Tehran University School of Medicine in Iran.

Erin Cacciola, PA-C 

Erin Cacciola is a certified physician assistant with more than 10 years of experience. Erin is returning to SNHH, where she began in 2013, after a couple of years at another health system.
